On sale a fully functional (tested) Ortec DSPEC LF XCooler + II cooled HpGe detector.Here is a complete system for high resolution Gamma spectroscopy. What you see in the pictures is what you get + control software (MAESTRO) on an USB key. The winning bidder should consider the possibility of vacuum pumping the cryostat finger after transportation. A special X-Cooler II Adapter is provided with this sale. The buyer should procure himself a vacuum pump capable of producing vacuum at the level described in the leaflet entitled Vacuum-Pumping-Procedure-X-COOLER-Heat-Exchanger-Cryostat.pdf (please use a search engine to look for it online), where it states: "Energize the pump and wait for the system to stabilize to a pressure of at least 10-3 Torr." Alternatively contact me to provide a link to this document via the ask dialogue as eBay does not allow link insertion in its auctions. The detector is a GEM35P4-76 with a PopTop Configuration with the following specifications 35% efficiency GEM detector with 76-mm diameter endcap and SMART-1 preamplifier and high voltage supply A comparison chart is given in the last picture.
