Ortec Dual Channel Stimulator Model 4710 Here we have an Ortec Dual Channel Stimulator in good used condition. This unit does show some minor scratches and discoloration from prior use. Unit was tested to power up, but blew out a fuse immediately. We are not sure if this is a serious problem, or an easy repair. Maybe a great deal for someone who knows more about this type of equipment.  Due to condition of item, we will not be accepting returns for this listing!
