Very nice orthopedic screw case, but missing original top. In the past, I have simply folded a surgical wrap to sit on the top, then wrapped as normal. This specific box is for cortical and cancellous screws as you can see. This includes no screws, and is used. Picture may be representative only. I have multiple of these.
