I chose "New Other" as although the original box is long gone , these (4) 10" diameter x roughly 7/16" - 1/2" in width have never been used ! This wire measures up (with a micrometer) to .005" making this a fine type of wire wheel . The center clearance hole is 2 1/16" in diameter and there is also a 1/2" wide slot that measures 2 1/2" across for a "keyed" fastening I would imagine . Although very old , the instructions and safety specs are on a piece of paper inside the box . Made in Cleveland , OH , USA these (4) #3532 wire wheels can be mounted to a pedestal floor standing grinding machine as well as a hand held grinder but hardware to fasten it to either is not included , as different machines have different mounting ways of holding these wire wheels . The Maximun RPM , or "M.F.S.G." is 3600 RPM ! Packaged securely and ready to ship once your PayPal account clears .
