OSI Orthopedic Systems Inc. Spinal Surgery ANDREWS FRAME 914 Attachment Set ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This OSI Andrews Frame 914 attachment kit is complete. I guarantee it will not be DOA. I assembled and tested all functions and there isnt a thing wrong with it. Used to convert an operating room table for certain spinal surgeries. Will attach directly to the AMSCO 1080 and 2080 series tables. My understanding is AMSCO sells an adapter allowing this Andrews Frame to attach to newer AMSCO tables. I don’t have a clue what other tables it will fit so do your own research. Everything loads snug onto a rolling stand for transport and storage. All pads and upholstery are in good condition with a little edge wear on some of corners but no rips or tears. I see replacement pads are available for purchase directly from the MizuhOSI website. If you need additional information or measurements, contact me and I will do my best to answer. CONDITION: Ready to use in good cosmetic and tested working condition. I assembled this device and it is working properly without any issues. All mechanisms are working properly and lock handles are good. All pads are good with some minor edge wear on a few of the corners but there are no rips or tears. The cart is good and holds all accessories well.
