OSI Orthopedic Systems Inc. Spinal Surgery ANDREWS FRAME 914 Attachment Set ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This OSI Andrews Frame 914 attachment kit is complete. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes with several of the optional patient postitioning accessories not normally included. Several of the cushions have a gel surface. Used to convert an operating room table for certain spinal surgeries. Will attach directly to the AMSCO 1080 and 2080 series tables. My understanding is AMSCO sells an adapter allowing this Andrews Frame to attach to newer AMSCO tables. I don’t have a clue what other tables it will fit so do your own research. There is a tag on the cart stating this unit will also fit on a Skytron table. Everything loads snug onto a rolling stand for transport and storage. Comes with the original vinyl cover. I cant find anything wrong with any of the working mechanisms. I see replacement pads are available for purchase directly from the MizuhOSI website. If you need additional information or measurements, contact me and I will do my best to answer. CONDITION: This is a complete system in ready to use condition with normal wear. All mechanisms are working properly. All pads are good however the the largest cushion had a small tear in the top gel surface and also separating around some of the edges. The previous owner used a clear flexible sealant in these areas and resulted in a good durable repair. The gel is not leaking and is not tacky is these areas. The cart is good and holds all accessories well. The cover is nice.
