This strapper was used in a mailing operation for a few years and is in excellent condition There are 4 available I can be reached at 678-410-8301 with questions Shipping quote provided with zip code Model 515 Standard High Speed: The Model 515 is one of the fastest industrial strapping machines in the industry, although actual production rate is dependent upon a number of variables, which include: package size, arch size, product flow and the number of straps per package. Self Threading: Proven auto-feed design allows the strap to be automatically fed with the touch of a lever. Flexible Pivoting Track: The patented modular design insures positive strap feeding and resistance-free tensioning. Retract & Refeed Strap: Eliminates strap waste by retracting and refeedng excess strap. Sealing Head Strap Ejector: Eliminates down time by clearing unwanted strap from the seal head. Ease of Use: Operator controls are moveable. The simplified controls allow operation of the machine by a foot pedal, control panel or table top ball switch. Machine may be operated from all sides and by more than one person at a time. Choice of Strap: Polypropylene or polyester- Strap size can be easily changed in the field from 6mm to 15mm to suit a variety of packaging requirements. Built In Flexibility: The model 515 can be upgraded to a fully automatic version. The 515 can also be converted to a side seal or have options added at a later date. This flexibility ensures that your customers machine will not become obsolete as his packaging needs grow or change. Dependability. Designed with fewer parts, resulting in less maintenance.
