Oxford Lasers Limited Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Gas Purifier for Excimer GP2000 Laser. The device consists of a variable-temperature cryogenic trap with an integral gas circulator. By regulating the temperature of the purifier, unwanted impurity species that build up during operation can be frozen out. The purifier can also freeze out any unwanted contaminants brought in with the initial fill gases. Tested for power, working ,~ Tested functions power on and pump ~ both working, Valves work, eurotherm controller working....
