It also has a dual slope axis and offers excellent versatility for short and mid-range layout in both interior and exterior applications. Dual slope control allows the laser to be manually sloped on two planes independently or together for drainage or a slope ceiling. HVR505 system package comes with the HVD505 laser detector, remote control, two battery packs (one rechargeable NiMH, one alkaline), and a hard carry case. It's also available in a kit package with a 5/8-11 tripod and 16-foot grade rod. The HVR505 rotary laser measures 7.5 x 8 x 6 inches and weighs 4.9 pounds. All PLS tools are designed and manufactured to meet strict quality control guidelines, and the HVR505 is backed by a three-year limited warranty. This fully automatic dual-slope rotary laser has an accuracy of 1/8-inch at 100 feet, and it has a working radius of 500 feet when used in conjunction with the HVD505 laser detector which helps you capture the laser beam in bright sunlight. Use the included remote control to manage the laser from a distance. The rechargeable NiMH battery pack provides up to 20 hours of use from its four C-sized batteries. HVR505 laser features a height of instrument (bump alarm) that can be engaged to warn you if the laser has been bumped changing the established benchmark. It has four rotation speeds, plus four sizes of Fan control, which enables the unit to partially rotate and allow the laser dot to oscillate back and forth just where you need the information. With the Fan mode, the laser can be set up and not interfere with other workers in a different location on the job site.
