For sale is one opened ten pack of Corning 384 well assay plates with black polystyrene wells that feature clear flat-bottoms. The round shaped wells have a well volume of 50µL with a recommended working volume of 5 to 40µL; distance between well bottom to plate bottom is 2.8mm . Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions . Validated for the FLIPR reader with outer wells aligned for proper viewing; also ideal for miniaturized fluorescent homogeneous assays. No Lid. Mfg # 3540.
