Packaged unit contains, supply blower, exhaust blower, gas fired burner, all mounted within an insulated enclosure. Also contains control cabinet with the following description (from original quote) A pre-wired control enclosure can be mounted on the above assembly, or remotely field mounted, per purchaser’s request. Cabinet to include: Honeywell Flame Safety System Relay VariableFrequency Drives for each blower motor Motor Starter for burner blower motor High limit over-temperature control Honeywell main temperature controller, designed to accept a signal from field mounted IR temperature detector sensing web temperature, and modulating temperature of supply air. Necessary Relays, signal lights, etc.   Design Specs: Total Supply Air: 2943 SCFM Supply Static Pressure: 10” w.c. at ambient Temp Total Exhaust air: 3531 SCFM Exhaust Static Presusre: Negative 2”w.c. at ambient temp. Maximum Nozzle Discharge Temp: 320 Deg F   Purpose of this unit was to pull ambient air from inside the enclosure, heat it using 1,000,000 btu/hr burner, pass it to the process application, and also recirculate that return air into heater box or straight out exhaust. This unit would be operated from the panel mounted to the unit, or remotely using the Honeywell Flame Safety System provided. It would be connected to a set of IR temperature sensors that would monitor the temperature of the end product and adjust the turndown of the burner accordingly to maintain a set temperature.
