We will need your zip code and whether the shipment is delivering to a Residential or Commercial address. We will do everything possible to aid in arranging for delivery or LTL shipping. If you need a liftgate or not, a telephone number, and what day and time the delivery can be made. If you are picking an item up or arranging your own freight, the Item must be picked up in 10 working days. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please contact us for all International Shipments. For International Freight Shipments we can ship to the US Borders as long as you can provide Transportation from there to your location and have a customs broker to clear the shipment. RETURNS 14 day return policy. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee if the item is non defective. Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED state!
