I am a retired candy maker who has brought our "home-made butter-crunch" toffees, brittles and barks to market for over 15 years. Throughout those years, I have found these wonderful cake pans essential to the success of my business. They cost me plenty of money upfront, but it was well worth it. Being a candy kitchen selling to stores and at markets involved periodic inspections from the Department of Agriculture. Clean cannot begin to describe the effort that went into keeping a sparkling clean kitchen. All my inventory is not only triple washed, but they are also stored in plastic bags during storage to prevent any unwanted particles settling on them.
