Hi there, You are bidding on a pair of in/out desk trays - pencils for free!! Grab yourself a bargain ! IF YOU INTEND TO BID PLEASE READ BELOW TO HELP US BOTH - PLEASE DO - AS I QUICKLY LOSE PATIENCE WITH THOSE WHO VERY OBVIOUSLY DON'T BOTHER. All the items in my listings are now described as USED. They have been either used, or intended for use in high end show homes and so have basically just been looked at and not used at all. As I have so many items listed at one time, I don't necessarily have the time to describe everything in minute detail - I work for a living full-time elsewhere, but do make the effort to show any significant damage to items in the pictures of the listings. If there is nothing displayed in the pictures then please assume that there is no damage to the items of consequence other than some slight and unnoticeable imperfections that you might expect to get from a couple of house-moves. Please look at the listings carefully before asking any questions as roughly two thirds of the questions that I encounter relate to queries that are covered in the listings! I often get enquiries relating to shades of colours - I am a typical bloke that doesn't understand the difference between cream, ivory and light tan !! I describe the colours as best I can and take pictures with white paper or a known colour so you can get an idea. Be aware that due to lighting conditions some colours vary in the pictures. I don't post items - sorry - I don't have the time - you are welcome to organise your own courier - I am prepared to package and accommodate pick-ups. I am prepared to hang onto items while you organise collection etc but I expect items to be paid for by Paypal - my preferred payment method - within a day or two of the auction end please and to be told of your intentions. Let me know what you are doing and you will find me accommodating - don't tell me and you will find your unpaid items relisted!!! I am happy to answer questions and will do so as soon as is practicable, but please don't send me abuse or be surprised when you don't get an answer if you send me a question as the listing is ending......I can expect to get in excess of 30 messages a day and even more when it is busy!! I am an experienced seller and aim to ensure that everyone is happy at the end of the transaction. To those of you who insist on asking about BUY-IT-NOW prices or "what price do you have in mind" please don't waste your time - the auction format gives everyone a fair crack of the whip and is designed to let the market decide the price. All the items are presently in secure storage which is open during business hours for collection purposes.
