Coperion, Werner & Pfleiderer, Pair of 57mm ZSK co-rotating extruders. Extruder #1 ZSK57:  *  75Hp DC Motor (newly rewound), 343 RPM (output speed) gearbox, 500 Nm per shaft. *  10 barrels (30:1), 1 side-feed barrel, 3 open barrels (barrel #1 (feed), barrel #4 (back vent), barrel #8 (vent/vacuum), barrels in good condition). *  Barrel cooling system (included tank, heat exchanger, and pump). *  Screw set included (with spare elements) *  Controls:  New DC drive, AB Ethernet PLC, Wonderware HMI (trending, recipe management, data logging, etc). *  Strand die or #6 Gala UWP adapter (only) available for extra cost. *  Vacuum pump available for extra cost.   Extruder #2 ZDSK57: *  This extruder has a similar process section to extruder #`1, however is uses a different gearbox (lab duty). *  40Hp DC Motor (newly rewound), 330 RPM (output speed) gearbox, 350 Nm per shaft. *  10 barrels (30:1), 1 side-feed barrel, 3 open barrels (barrel #1 (feed), barrel #4 (back vent), barrel #8 (vent/vacuum), barrels in good condition). *  Barrel cooling system (included tank, heat exchanger, and pump). *  Screw set included (with spare elements). *  Controls:  New DC drive, AB Ethernet PLC, Wonderware HMI (trending, recipe management, data logging, etc). *  Strand die or #6 Gala UWP adapter (only) available for extra cost. *  Vacuum pump available for extra cost.   Also included: *  2 spare sets of screw shafts (only). *  12 ZSK 53mm barrels (many in new condition) (these extruders can be configured for either 57mm or 53mm operation).   Excellent machines for materials development and small production runs. *  Screw sets are interchangeable (i.e. configured to fit in either machine).   $ 130K total (for all listed components).
