Pall Corporation Maxim TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) bench system The unit has been serviced by American Laboratory Trading. It was Verified in good Operating Condition and Calibrated by that company. It is working well. The machine has not been used since the calibration/service procedure. The Maxim TFF is a rapid and efficient method for separation and purification of biomolecules. The machine is a versatile benchtop unit designed for the development of tangential flow processes for scale-up, production of small batches of biopharmaceuticals, as well as scale-down investigations. System applications include product concentration, diafiltration, clarification of broths and lysates and fractionation of large from small biomolecules. Includes 10L glass reservoir. Field of application: immunology, protein chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry and microbiology. *Delivery is to the lower 48 United States only.
