Our breakthrough bracket design does not have knobs which allows easy loading of youth shirts and stretchy girlie shirts. No knobs means you will never have to deal with snagged shirts during loading again! Our super-low-profile bracket uses specially designed oversized steel set screws with a 1/4 ” Allen-Wrench hex socket. Our design eliminates knobs! The 1/4 ”hex socket we use is never a problem because it is the same size as the bits used in cordless screwdrivers… so if you misplace your 1/4 ” Allen-Wrench, simply use the back end of any Phillips driver bit! Our “Super-Low-Profile” Pallet Bracket is a dream to use, easy to install and is superior to any OEM oraftermarket bracket available. Pallet Bracket features include: 1. Installation is very simple because our design allows our bracket to be mounted in the exact center of the shirt board, rather than positioned at a confusing off centered location. 2. When used with our aluminum Spot-On-Spacer, the shirt boards/pallets can be quickly and easily adjusted so that they are centered and square to one another. -- This feature is truly revolutionary and is where the Spot-On Pallet System gets its name…For the first time ever, pallets can be centered and squared “Spot-On” to one another. 3. CNC machined slots in the bracket allow our quick-change,aluminum pallets to be used. (“Spot-On-Spacer”also required when using quick change pallets). 4. Telescopic pallet adjustment of approximately 6”can be achieved when used in conjunction with our aluminum Spot-On-Spacer. (slotson Bracket insert into channels on Spacer – see link). In situations where larger frames can’t be used because you have run out of press arm length, simply telescope the pallet out another six inches and your good to go. (basically allows the useof larger frames on your manual press) 5. The four circular “c” channels that run the length of the bracket will allow “soon to be released” attachments to be installed to the brackets, which will further improve production. 6.
