Disclaimer- Most of our items are used, have our WCC logo and serial/ID#'s etched on them, scratches / gouges / dents / dings etc. are not always seen so please bid accordingly. PICK UP- All auctioned items are available for local pick up. Appointments for pick up are available between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm EST Monday through Friday. Appointments for pick-up are to be scheduled within 3 business days of invoice. To schedule your pick up appointment please call (734) 677-5238. ITEM INSPECTIONS- We make every attempt to show the damage in photos. In addition, all items are available for inspection at Washtenaw Community College’s warehouse facilities. If you are interested in personally inspecting an item please call to set up an appointment. (734) 677-5238. SALES TAX- In accordance with the Michigan Sales Tax Act, #167, P.A. 1933, Washtenaw Community College is required to charge 6% sales tax on ALL items picked up at our location or shipped to a Michigan address. PAYMENT- Payment is to be made by PayPal after you have informed us if you would like to pick up your item or have it shipped - at this point you will receive an invoice for the correct amount. FEEDBACK- When an item is listed, we try to make sure to give you as a customer the most accurate information that we have on the item. We are a Community College located in Ann Arbor, MI. Many of the items that we acquire are of a complex nature and not all information is known about them. On rare occasion, we have made a mistake in the description but we have always done more than what was needed to satisfy the customer. Please check your item as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives in a damaged box or fails to show up according to the USPS or UPS tracking information, PLEASE let us know so we can assist you in finding your merchandise or file a claim with the carrier.
