Plus, nugget trap sluice thrown in free. READY TO GO. Used in gold mining, mineral extraction, etc. A must for placer gold mining. The "Pan American" jig is one of the most common pieces of commercial mining equipment, found world wide and manufactured past & present by a wide number of companies. This one looks like it's an I.R.D (Carson City, Nevada), but it doesn't have a name plate. What's included: Jig. Mounted on 12"x12" wooden skids. $80,000 worth of Nickel shot (1000 lb). Ranges from 1/8"+ to about 5/8" size. Nickel shot is THE CADILLAC of shot because it doesn't rust, doesn't magnetize, and is basically maintenance free. Never rake your jig bed again. $80,000? Really? Yes. I priced new nickel balls at $80/lb(!). Scrap nickel is worth about $6.40/lb as it is. so you can get $6400 cash from a junk yard for the shot alone if you ever need. Nugget Trap sluice--used to catch the big gold before the jig, so you don't have to pick through the shot periodically to find your nuggets. 18" wide, steel, with two sets of riffles (use either). Total length about 12ft, with 6ft of sluice riffles. NEW variable speed controller. (Note: the picture is an older one that's been in use. I will throw in a brand new one). Your choice, 1phase or 3phase, 220V or 440V. (Note: The jig has mounted on it an old, barely functional analog speed controller. Junk it or sell it for parts. I've actually seen one on ebay once for about $400.) Power cables, 8" PVC discharge pipe and fittings.has new drive belt, and is otherwise mechanically solid soup to nuts. This one has a water pressure regulator if you've got a huge pump, and also two flow meters. Also includes in two 1.5" hutch valves. 8" intake pipe weldment. We removed it for the nugget trap but can be easily welded back in (in fact, we'll do it for you on request). Diaphragms are in good shape. 1/8" stainless steel jig grating in excellent condition.
