This is the Point-O-Matic KP-33N, and old electric pencil sharpener from Panasonic. There is no date printed anywhere on it, so I don't know exactly how old it is. It looks and feels like it could be from the late 70s or early 80s though. It works fine, and has some cosmetic wear from age and normal handling. In particular, the casing has some discoloration, most likely due to sunlight exposure. You can see the contrast around where a pair of old labels had been peeled off.
