PANASONIC VSC VARIABLE SPEECH CONTROL RR-830 W/ FOOT PEDAL RP-2692 UNTESTED USED Up for sale in this auction is a used Panasonic RR-830 cassette transcriber machine. This is being sold as is no returns for parts or repair. I lack the means to fully test this. I was only able to test this to power on and see that the foot pedal worked. Beyond that I don't know much else. I imagine it will need the usual cleaning, and it may need belts replaced if they are getting loose. Also it sounds like there is a small part or debris is rattling loose inside the main unit. Included in this auction is the RR-830 main unit, and RP-2692 foot pedal unit. This auction WILL NOT INCLUDE any other accessories not pictured. I will not be responsible for compatibility or repair issues. Pictures are of the actual item being sold.
