The Panasonic WV-CU161C is a system controller for the WV-CS854A and other Panasonic unitized dome PTZ cameras. In addition to providing ultra-smooth and accurate pan, tilt and zoom control this unit offers various remote camera operations including 64 preset positions, a patrol function and a return to home position. It can also be used to remotely operate a camera housing's wiper and defroster functions. A number of alarm I/O ports are available to trigger an event alert or to activate devices following an alarm occurrence. This unit can also be programmed to go to a preset position at the event of an alarm. Camera control is via a built-in RS-485 terminal.
