Apparently this unit model comes with a lower white type of case/square box. And this is for top only DO NOT BE AFRAID TO MAKE OFFER / Perhaps one can build or order a bottom white case for this top lighting unit; as these are very expensive... See pictures for condition ~ seems to be in great condition, having only minor scratch/scuffs under normal use, and well cared for. It comes as you see pictured, and is sold as is. One bulb needs replaced, other bulbs are currently working though not guaranteed to work upon arrival. Just choosing to send them, so you can see what bulbs to buy easily and for your convenience when needed. Model number~not sure, did not easily locate on the exterior. (could be 62516 ?)
