This a front loading card that reads from the top down with four punches per day. Day names are printed on these cards starting with Monday and going through to Sunday. There are spaces for the employee name and a card or employee number. The front side is used for weekly punches and the back is used overtime punches and other payroll information such as dependents and deductions. Green ink on the front and back is printed strong and clear. This card is perfect if you are on a weekly pay period.
