If you notice this issue upon receiving the PD-101, please visually inspect the contents within the box to ensure your product has not been compromised. More than likely it's just our new seals acting up again. But, if you would like to message us about this issue please do! We also have just recently redesigned the P-A-3 filters. P-A-3 filter will perform as normal, the only changes will be the cap covers have been removed.
