Parker Daedal MX80L high-precision servo motorized XYZ stage. The Z-stage is coupled to an angle bracket that has an RMS-sized threaded hole and is also outfitted with a temperature sensor. Included are also three (3) ViX servo controllers for each axis. Detailed documentation for these controllers can be found online. Was removed from a working instrument.
