This computer is fully working, but the hard drive has been formatted for data security so there is no software. The auction comes with the AC power adapter. If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer them. Good luck. Shipping: The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 22 pounds with packing material. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost. We have switched to UPS for large packages, which is typically much cheaper. For small packages, Parcel Select or Priority Mail may be the cheaper option, so select whichever service you prefer. All shipments are insured and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.
