The unit is missing the internal power supply (I took some REALLY GOOD PICTURES FOR YOU TO SEE) I purchased this unit from a MEDICAL AUCTION HOUSE (whom for now, shall remain nameless but DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT THE UNIT WAS MISSING PARTS!!) NO RETURNS ON THIS ONE, KIDS!! STORY TIME (You'll want to read this!!!) So, I have an interesting story to tell. I'm bidding on this unit on an online medical auction. There is only ONE PICTURE of this unit (facing front) and NO MENTION WHATSOEVER THAT IT'S MISSING A CRUCIAL COMPONENT!! So, I bid it up to $250, thinking that's a pretty fair deal for a top of the line unit such as this. I receive my items from the auction and MUCH TO MY SURPRISE AND DISMAY, it's missing the power supply from inside the unit. Now, I figure this is an honest mistake and I contact the auction house. I don't even ask for a refund. I just ask them to credit my account, because I plan on purchasing more items as I figure this is just an honest mistake. Care to guess what happens next?? Well, if you guessed that they told me, "Well, we allow buyers to come and view the items, so too bad, so sad!!" Now, let's forget the fact that the auction was being held over 1,000 miles away from where I live. Let's forget about the fact that they didn't disclose the fact that the unit was missing the power supply. To not even CONSIDER giving me a credit....not a refund of $250, but a CREDIT....I think sucks pretty badly. Now, it's like my dad used to tell me. "Son, you can work with a thief and a liar.
