PARTS ONLY ZHERMACK MODULMIX 5:1 AUTO MIXER - USES CARTRIDGE INSERT F/MATL This is a PARTS ONLY NOT WORKING Zhermack Modulmix 5:1 Auto Mixer for counter-top automatic mixing with insertion of cartridges. The unit when operating is the ultimate in impression material dispensers. The unit is not working because it only operates the plungers forward and reverse, there is no operation of the mixing motor. Unit is product number C309035, serial number 20100002, rated 115 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, 160 watts. There are no side panels with this unit at all. The unit comes with the Universal Power Adapter in the power cording specifically for the unit for indoor counter-top use which is rated for 100-240 plus/minus 10% volts AC single phase, 2 amps, 50-60 hertz input and delivers a DC output for the unit rated 7.5 amps at 24 volts DC to 4 amps at 44 volts DC. Overall the power cording is 112 inches long with USA standard 2-prong plug-in for 115 volts AC (the adapter adds 6 inches to the length). Overall the envelope of the unit is 9 inches wide by 15 inches long by 13-1/4 inches maximum height. This unit when operating is used for automatically mixing A-Silicones for impressions prepared in 5:1 mixing ratio cartridges (362 - 380- 390 ml). When operating, and you have other units just like this operating, it is possible to connect numerous machines in-line. The unit when operating has 2 dispensing speeds: 70 ml/min normal, and 155 ml/min fast. The unit has a motorized plunger (forward and reverse operating fine) (max 3 seconds). It has two dispenser buttons, and a cartridge level indicator, but the dispenser buttons do not operate the machine, the mixing motor is not working. The piston as pictured is retracted, which makes the unit finger-safe. The manufacturer made the unit so that it is compatible with all the other 5:1 systems on the market. This unit comes with the original shipping box and packing material. There is no cartridge material for insertion here if it were operating, but you can get for example Zehrmack Maxi refills (2 x 380 ml) of heavy body material, 2 x 50 ml Zehrmack wash materials, and Zehrmack 2 x 50 ml bite registration materials, materials that change color on setting, and nano-technology high-flow-rate combined with hydrophilia- possessing materials of the latest state-of-the-art that also have a super ability to displace moisture resulting in excellent detail reproductions along with excellent tear strength in the product. There is a manual with this unit. Box is original Zhermack's 18 inches by 16 inches by 13 inches with its packing material. Shipping weight is 28 pounds. What you see here is what you get.
