Standard packing for large or heavy items usually consists of securing the item, with strapping, to a pallet and then shrink-wrapping the item. You may arrange your own shipping we will prep for shipping for a fee of $25 per standard pallet and $50 for an oversized pallet. We do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor do we accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. Any added shipping services not preauthorized by us prior to shipping will be the sole financial responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the freight carrier by customer. CUSTOMER PICKUPS Items are available for pickup at our Location Monday ? Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle. There are no loading fees. RETURNS We will work with the customer under the following conditions: Buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges for returns. Items must be returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for repacking the item for return. Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same fashion.
