Very good or good condition, it was tested and is in normal working condition as shown in the picture number 6, stamp works, the paper show the word "registered" in the background above the amount stamped on the paper. No key, cover or manual book. You can contact Paymaster Corp to request for manual, ribbons, key or supplies. Price on the unit is $394.50. Measures approx 11 1/4" by 7 1/2" by 9 1/2". Ready to go.
