US Postal Service Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take significantly longer than with UPS or FedEx to reach their destination and cannot be tracked. Truck/Air Freight (US only) Overweight and/or oversized items (example TVs) can only be shipped by common carrier. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and 10-14 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Delivery Times If your order is being shipped from Broadcaststore.com (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, please allow a minimum of 3 days from the date of payment for processing in addition to shipping time. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) All used equipment is subject to an internal QC process. Used items will be shipped 3-5 days after purchase. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are: Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm PST Friday: 10:30am EST or 11:30am PST Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to U.S. destinations. Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order include one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ask you during checkout to choose whether you'd like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to a split shipment (this will not cost you more). Terms Of Sale Used Items Warranty We stand behind the equipment we sell. Most used equipment items we sell feature a 30 day labor and 90 days on parts limited warranty directly from Broadcaststore.com. Items sold for "parts only" or "as is" or are notated as "no warranty", do not have any warranty coverage, nor do we warranty heads, drums or misuse of the item. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a detailed written copy of our used equipment limited warranty terms and conditions, and answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase. New Items Warranty New items carry a manufacturer's warranty. These manufacturer's warranties vary and should be handled directly through the manufacturer. Used Equipment Returns AS-IS Means no warranty or money back An RMA is required before any item can be returned. Call 818-998-9100 for your RMA authorization. An RMA can only be requested on items within 3 days of receipt of item. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Broadcaststore.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
