It's labeled "USED" because I used the system for only a short period of time. $2000.00 is invested in this system. After purchasing a high performance phone (IVM/IVR) system our business model changed, therefore, were going to sell the system. This system is already set up and was in use for only a couple months. It works great. This is actually good news for the person who purchases the system from us.
