The Front panel and the PCB can be used to build an accelerometer amplifier for the ACH accelerometer. The front panel is made from 1.5 mm Black Anodised Aluminum. The detailed description of this amplifier was publised in Audioxpress magazine (6/2011) and can be found in Audioxpress site if you search for the following: ACH-01 accelerometer.  The system can be used to measure:  1) The acceleration, the velocity and the excursion of a woofer or sub-woofer cone at the low frequencies. 2) The vibration behavior of a loudspeaker enclosure wall or panel. 3) The vibration behavior of the parts of a turntable. The amplifier gives at its output the acceleration, the velocity and the excursion of the accelerometer input signal. I will provide a list of all the components needed for the construction of the amplifier as well as the schematic and the guide for the PCB assembly.
