  Designed for fast removal of coatings of all thicknesses. This PCD scraper is universal for most concrete grinders.  Great for removal of glue, epoxy, VCT mastic and other floor coatings.  Available in clockwise and counter-clockwise configurations.     Our coating removal cup wheels and floor plateshave segments made of PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) powder sintered at very high temperatures and pressures bonded to tungsten carbide substrate. The segments act like diamond “teeth” that will take up any epoxy, adhesive, paint or floor coating up to 10 times faster than traditional diamond tools.        Our PCD cup wheels have twice the number of segments of most cups on the market, providing a fast removal rate and longer life. These wheels fit all standard grinders and may be run wet or dry.     F.N.W.’s trapezoid-shaped floor plates fit HTC and many other popular floor grinding machines. Our unique design combines PCD segments and metal bond segments for top performance. They are available for left or right rotating machines.
