Welcome to Grandma Anna's Treasures We carry Antiques, Vintage, Collectibles, and Today's Wares Now onto the auction.... **************************************************************************** Up for auction is Lot 0809014-01 - Home and Garden - Kitchen/Dining In this lot you will receive (1) Peacock Air Pot Restaurant Quality Hot/Cold Beverage Dispenser Glass Lined with a Push Button Top Approximately 14 5/8 in. height for beverage and 16 in. in height top to bottom and 6 in. diameter 1.9 liter Brand New in Box At seller's discretion, and at no additional cost to buyer insurance may be added to your package! **************************************************************************************** Extremely Important for those with allergies: All of the items I sell on auction are Pre-Owned - means that at some point and time they were in someone's home which is why I clean everything I get in. I cannot guarantee that the items were in a smoke free, animal free home and none are washed in a non-allergic soap. You are purchasing just as you would purchase from an antique, vintage, collectible or thrift store the only difference between myself and a thrift store is I do one of the following: wash, steam, dry, or disinfect all items prior to putting them on auction, and then they are kept in a storage until the day of purchase. Allergies - Currently, I'm using All and/or Tide laundry detergent, and Snuggle and/or Suviatel fabric softner. If you are allergic to these products please take caution, and wash the items in your own detergents and/or take the item to your dry cleaner and have them clean your clothes as you usually request them to do. ***************************************************************************************** Cleaning/Handling of the items auctioned: Previously Owned Clothing - Washed, Dried and/or Steamed - I do use a fabric softner, so if you are allergic after trying the item on to see if you like it, and before wearing it for the day please re-wash in your own non-allergic detergent. Coats and Jackets - If an item can be washed I wash it, but I do not Dry Clean the Coats or Jackets prior to shipping. Previously Owned Shoes - Washed or Hand Cleaned, and Sprayed with a Disinfectant Previously Owned Stuffed Animals - If an item can be washed it will be, and if not it will be steamed and dried thoroughly. We do not disinfect the stuffed animals because they could be going to a child with allergies, so we will leave that up to the buyer. Previously Owned Items - All hard items like dishes, toys, knickknacks, and etc...are cleaned down with either dish detergent or some other non-harsh cleaner. New Items with Tags - Again these items were purchased from various places, and may have been in someone's home at some point and time. If they are not sealed or did not come from a manufacturer or another merchant the items are steamed or cleaned with a disinfectant. All items put on Ebay are quality controlled to ensure that they are in accordance to what is stated on the auction. Please always check the description area of the auction because this is where I will tell you what is wrong with the item (if anything). I try to post pictures of any defect that an item might have, but sometimes I cannot get a close enough shot of the item, so the description is the back up. If something is being sold as parts I will list that in the title, and the description. I don't like to sell anything that is defective or inoperable, but sometimes I will post an item no matter what the condition, because I found throughout the years that a person may be desperately looking for a part that is in the item I have which will enable them to fix theirs and be able to keep it for many years to come. Auction Ending: I may not be on when the auctions are closing, so please try to contact me a few hours before with your questions, so I can get back to you with the information you need. Sales Tax Rate for Business area: Portsmouth, Va is 6% International Buyers - Customs - International Buyers are responsible for any duties or tax fee's for their purchases. I do not add or charge those fee's on my auction. If you are questioning what the fee will be contact your local customs or postal office. Your country may also have a website online that will tell you what you will have to pay to retrieve your package. Shipping for International Buyers - I noticed that on many sellers feedback ratings where a buyer would write their comments they always blame the seller for a long shipment arrival time, and this doesn't matter whether the item is leaving the US or coming in. This is not the seller's fault unless they took longer than stated to ship your package. Unfortunately, your package whether it is coming into the US or going out can take up to (30) thirty days to arrive at your location. Once it leaves the sellers hands it is then in transit to your location. You can check under your purchase history, and click on the blue numbers to see that it was received by either usps or ups, and that the seller did their job, and shipped it out in the time they stated. Please understand that sellers have no control on how fast the postal, customs or shipping service processes your package and gets it delivered to your doorstep. The only thing we can do is ship the item within the time period we state on our auctions. Shipping: Shipping is charged by weight, and location the item is being sent too. I pre-weigh each item prior to placing them on auction. Once the package is prepared, and only if the item is going through usps will I try to find a cheaper rate for you. Meaning: If it states that you want the Parcel Service feeling that the rate is the cheapest, but I weigh and see that it is cheaper being shipped Priority Mail I will ship Priority Mail, and refund your account the difference. Packing Material - In most cases, I use new materials when shipping, but if I'm at a store, or other facility, and they have clean boxes, and materials I will ask if I can have them, and use them to ship with. This helps keep costs down for my buyers, because I don't have to purchases those supplies, and add onto the costs here, so please excuse the box that may arrive at your door that says Pringles, or Keebler. It is most likely my package to you being recycled. Processing Time for Shipments - If you purchase an item on Saturday it will not go out until Monday morning due to the post office closing early in our area. I have a two day handling time because I may not get to your item within 24 hours, however, should you need an item shipped asap please contact me, and I will get your item out to you as quickly as possible. Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days. No refunds will be given after the 14 days has passed. Refunds will be generated within 48 hours once the item is received back and inspected. Returns - Items must be returned in the original packaging or condition it was sent out in. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer. Damaged Items - If an item arrives damaged please contact us right away, and hold onto the damaged item and box for insurance purposes. Contact: Please contact me through the Ebay messaging system. Messages sent to my email address may be overlooked. I do try to get back to my buyers asap, but in the event I'm extremely busy please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
