This is in good shape. Needs some cleaning. Everything moves freely. The wood handle is in good shape. I PUT SOME OF MY ITEMS AS PARTS OR REPAIR OR NOT WORKING. however THEY WORK. BUT MAY BE MISSING A PART. AS I WILL DESCRIBE IN MY LISTING. ask any questions I will be glad to answer. There is No Refunds or No Returns. Since I am not an expert. It is up to you if you want shipping insurance. I encourage you to purchase it, since I do not control the shipping services. And not responsible for the treatment they might give a package.
