Peerless M753 Pink Police Leg Irons are high-quality restraint cuffs made in the USA. These Pink Police Leg Irons are perfect for law enforcement, correctional, security, and military personnel and meet the extremely high standards of the tough U.S. National Institute of Justice. The color coating is applied using a process called Electrolytic Polyurethane Plating (EPP) that fully coats restraints inside and out without interfering with the lock mechanism or jaw swing-through. The rust-resistant EPP finish exceeds the National Institute of Justice’s 12-hour salt spray testing standard. These cuffs come with two keys, and the 15 inches of chain separate the shackles. This model is constructed entirely of carbon steel, features welded rivets, and a rust-resistant finish that conforms to rigid specifications. The machined edges improve the appearance and function of these cuffs, and the durable EPP finish is resistant to chipping and scratching. These leg irons are designed to prevent over-tightening, and the double-lock feature is engaged by pressing the pin end of the key into the side of the lock case. As a company, Peerless® Handcuff Company is over a century old, founded in 1914 by James Milton Gill in Springfield, Massachusetts.
