A food-processing attachment for industrial mixers. Attaches easily to the front of machine and spins on the mixers motor. Bowl can be positioned for slicing/shredding ingredients directly into the mixer's bowl. A very useful tool! Pelican Head Attachment #12 For slicing and shredding Can be used with 20, 30, 40, & some 60 qt. mixers It is about 12 inches in "diameter" Ingredients can be processed through the "pelican beak", but there is also a round window in the top half for pushing through smaller items (like cucumbers or salami!) Comes with a slicing disc, which can be adjusted to slice at different thicknesses. Other discs, like those for shredding, can be purchased in different sizes (they are quite affordable- around $27 each). *processes a range of ingredients- from roots to fruits + meats to cheeses!* Please message me with any questions!
