Here is a Pelton & Crane FL-2 countertop autoclave.  The well known 'Silver Bullet'.  It features a dual pressure chamber design, so you can unload and reload it without losing pressure and having to start over again.  It's the perfect size for tattoo studios and worked every day in my own studio until my retirement a few months ago. This unit reaches minimum pressure/temp of 15psi/250f in under 15 minutes from dead cold.  It reaches maximum temp/pressure of 25psi/257f in only three more minutes.  It will run for several hours before needing the water supply topped off. I've included photos of the unit running, plus a photo of the safety valve blowing off at 35 psi.  To prevent overheating, the unit automatically shuts itself off if it runs out of water. Included with the unit are several boxes of leftover (mostly full) supplies, including sterilizer bags, gloves, machine bags, clipcord covers, tongue depressors, and A & D ointment. This unit being 50 years old, it shows wear and tear.  There are plenty of  scratches, dents, and battlefield modifications.  But it'll get your instruments sterile at a fraction of the cost of most other claves out there.  Replacement parts are still available from several internet outlets to keep it running as long as you need it.
