 THESE ARMS CAME FROM A PELTON & CRANE CHAIRMAN CHAIR AND ARE FOR BOTH SIDES. IT INCLUDES THE BOLTS WASHERS AND SPACERS.  THESE UNITS ARE VERY FUNCTIONAL AND HAVE BEEN LUBRICATED, HOWEVER, WHEN INSTALLED THE SPRING TENSION IN THE ARM NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED FOR PROPER OPERATION AND THERE IS A SET SCREW THAT HOLDS THE SPRING SCREW FROM COMING LOOSE.  THESE ARMS MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR THE RIGID ARM FOR RIGHT OR LEFT HANDED UNITS BY TIGHTENING THE ARM SCREW ALL THE WAY DOWN.  ALL SHIPPING IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. THE ARMS COME WITH EXTRA NUTS AND WASHERS TO PREVENT THE ARM FROM COMMING LOOSE AND INJURING SOMEONE. THESE NUTS AND WASHERS CAN BE DISCARDED.  ANY RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
