 THESE MOTORS COME FROM PELTON CRANE CHAIRMAN CHAIR AND HAVE BEEN DISSEMBLED, LUBED, AND TESTED TO MEET FACTORY SPECS.  THE WARRANTY INCLUDES REPLACEMENT, REPAIR OR REFUND AT THE SELLERS DISCRETION.      I WILL INITIATE THE REFUND OF $50 AND THE 6 MONTH WARRANTY WHEN I RECEIVE YOUR OLD MOTOR BACK WITHIN 45 DAYS.  IF I DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR OLD MOTOR BACK THERE WILL BE NO WARRANTY OR REFUND.  I NEED YOUR OLD MOTOR BACK IN ORDER TO HAVE A SUPPLY SO I CAN CONTINUE TO PROVIDE REBUILD MOTORS TO YOU AND OTHERS. MOTORS MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT APPEARANCE, BUT ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR THE USE INTENDED. THE WARRANTY CONSISTS OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AT THE SELLERS DISCRETION.
