This does not mean that our key will open your machine. There is no such thing as a universal key for vending machines. If you have lost the key to your existing machine you will have to drill the old lock out of your T-handle prior to installing the new lock that you buy from us. Most tubular type locks are fairly easy to drill using a 1'8" drill bit and drilling the circle of pins one by one that are around the center part of the lock. Once these pins are drilled then you can usually turn the center part of the lock with needle nose pliers and the lock should pop open. Once the lock has popped open then push the small square pin down that holds the lock into the T-handle. While holding that pin down (with a small screwdriver) pull the lock forward and out of the T-handle. After the old lock has been removed then snap the new lock into place aligning the small pin into the hole in the T-handle.
