Our Perimax series of peristaltic tubing pumps are among the most compact, industrial peristaltic pumps on the market. All of our Perimax pumps can be fully customized to match just about any fluid transfer application. Common ways to customize a tubing pump include; motor RPM, tubing size, number of rollers, and motor type (brushless DC, brushless stepper motor, and standard DC). Because the fluid only contacts the tubing, they are compatible with most any fluid. Perfect for laboratory use, research and development, prototyping, testing and sampling, condensate removal, detergent dispensing, fluid metering, machine tool cooling, machine lubricating, and a variety of OEM applications. Our Series 300 tubing pumps are available in 9 stock tubing materials: Norprene® Food Grade is perfect for most food, beverage, diary and cosmetic applications. Tubing has great abrasion resistance and easily one of our top selling tubing materials. It is compatible with almost all cleaners and sanitizers. This food process tubing is the longest lasting food safe pump tubing we offer. Norprene® Industrial is very versatile and long lasting pump tubing and a great alternative to silicone for water based applications. It is great for soaps, disinfectants, inks, and waste water. This industrial tubing, along with the long life Tygon® and the Food Grade (above) are the three longest lasting stock tubing materials we offer. Norprene® Chemical is the ultimate tubing for maximum chemical compatibility. It is the only co-extruded tubing we offer. The inner liner is compatible with acids, salts, alcohols, bases, and ketones. Prothane II ™ is transparent tubing with exceptional abrasion strength. It functions well with oils and has high tensile and tear strength. It is resistant to diesel fuel, kerosene, motor oils, mild solvents, mild acid and alkaline solutions and oil slurries. It performs well in lower temperatures and resists ozone and oxidation. It also has a higher PSI rating than most pump tubing. Tygon® Fuel and Lubricant is compatible with most hydrocarbon based fluids, fuels, lubricants, and petroleum-based products. It is perfect for gasoline, cutting compounds, kerosene, heating oils, and glycol based coolants. Tygoprene® is a great, cost effective alternative to silicones and PVC. It has a long flex life in tubing pumps and meets FDA and NSF 51 criteria. It is softer than Norprene® and more rigid than silicone. This tubing is translucent which allows for easy flow monitoring. Tygon® Extra Long Life has the longest flex life of any clear Tygon® tubing. It has an exceptional long flex life for tubing with a Shore A Durometer value of under 60. Tygon® ELF is manufactured using a non-DEHP formula. It is suitable for medical, pharma, printing ink, surfactants, and many food and lab applications. Versilic® Silicone is the softest of the tube types. Use for most water based fluids. This tubing provides the highest flow rates. It meets FDA criteria and is taste and odor free.
