Unit powers on. I do not have the means or expertise to test any further, that is the only reason I am selling "for parts". It might work just fine, I just can't say for sure. Includes power cord. Items are shipped as safely as possible, always with tracking numbers and insured against damage during shipment**. I usually offer the option of a variety of shipping services. You will select your preferred carrier upon checkout depending on cost and time of transit. Two things to keep in mind: 1) FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. 2) International shipments are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program. The item must arrive to me in the same condition that I sent it in. For example, if I shipped something to you in one piece, but you break it after receiving it, that’s not my fault and I won’t give you a refund for that.
