This neck cooler is perfect for the contruction worker that is outside during the hot summer months.. Whether you are a heavy equipment operator a flag man on the roadway this will work for you.  This Personal Cooling System, Magic Neck Cooler 2.0  is a miniature evaporating cooling system designed to help you feel refreshed on a warm day. Just fill it up with a few ounces of cold  water, place around your neck, and turn the switch on. A motor drives a tiny fan, creating the evaporative cooling. Flexible sides conveniently hold the aluminum cooling plates against your neck. Your entire body will enjoy the relief of being cool for up to four hours. You will also feel a gentle breeze over the back of your neck. There are two settings, low and high. The low setting helps you feel significantly cooler and the high setting gives you extra comfort on those hot days. Made of plastic. Measures 6"L x 7"W x 1-1/2"H. .   Here’s how it works! Pull back the black covers on each arm and pour 2 oz of cold water in each arm. The water will run out the end of the arm and you can shake the cooler to get rid of the excess water. THAT’S IT.
