Delivery Returns Personalisation Payment Contact Us Payment We accept payment via PayPal, the safest and easiest way for you to pay. If you purchase any of our custom-printed items, Paypal allows you to add a message to include the details you wish to personalise. Alternatively, you can e-mail us the details - paul@screentec.co.uk Delivery We will ship your item(s) on the day of purchase if payment is received by 3pm, and on the next working day if payment is received after 3pm. Smaller items are sent on a 1st Class Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail, whilst larger items are sent on a Next Day Courier Service. Personalised items will require production time but will still be dispatched on our next day service, to arrive with you within 24 hours of being produced. Personalisation When you require a personalised product, it can often be difficult to know where to start. At Screentec we work with you, so you get what you want. If you are personalising one of our standard pre-made designs, then all you need to do is give us the details you want printed, either by leaving a message at the PayPal checkout stage, or e-mailing us directly. If you are sending us your own artwork, e-mail it to paul@screentec.co.uk and we will let you know if it is going to be suitable before creating your artwork. We will then send you an artwork approval form to make 100% sure that you are happy with the job before printing. Returns We are only happy when you're happy, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us to let us know.
