Pester Pewo-Pack Model 450 SN. Serial number 2992-3 Year of construction is 1994. Electro-Pneumatic Controlled adjustable Bundling and Banding Machine for single or multiple pack bundles of various products, such as cartons and bottles. This unit comes with a Pewo-Therm II shrink tunnel, serial number 3025-4. Year of construction 1994, both operate on 208v/3phase. Sectors of use are Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetic, Food, Dietary Supplements, Medical Devices, and most other manufacturing sectors. Compact and stable stainless steel construction (with painted non-contact frame). This is an automatic wrapper stacks and bundles and applies stretch wrap around each bundle. Film consumption is controled by the self-measuring film transport system, that allows precise adjustment of the required film tightnes. On-board computer allows for the storage of programmed product and size changeover. Once bundled, the conveyor transfers product to the Pewo-Therm II Shrink tunnel.
