This item is a PFA/Teflon tank built for 1/4 inch sheet stock. The tank is sized for 200mm compressed wafer carrier processing. The tank is in excellent condition and includes a teflon dispersion plate. The tank has two 3/4 inch flare fitting input connections on the bottom which feed flow bars built into teh inner weir. There is a seperate 3/4 inch flare tech fitting used as the drain connection on the bottom of the inner weir. The tank also has a 1 inch flare tech fluid connection on the outer weir. This tank has been hard cleaned to remove organics, particulates and metallic/ionic contamination. The tank was packaged for shipment in a cleanroom and is ready for installation. Typically used on wet process tools built by Akrion Systems. We have three in stock. Price shown is for quantity 1.
