Two pieces together in 1 lot- this Pharmacia LKB Phastsystem is used for electrophoresis. Used piece and the working condition is UNKNOWN as it came from a surplus auction of equipment at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Pathology Dept. **This unit may work perfectly, or it may be broken and can be used for parts. I plugged up the Development Unit with a universal power cord (not included in this auction), and it came on. I pushed a few buttons, and it reacted, but I don't know anything else about it. I also plugged up the Separation Unit with a universal power cord (not included in this auction), but there is no screen or any lights to tell me if this unit powered on. I'm sorry I can't tell you more. **Communication cord IS included. You are taking a risk since I have no way of checking this system further. Because of this, there will be NO REFUNDS on this item, and it is sold as is.
